PSTN rates

Your CafeX tenant incurs costs for the participants that join your meetings using a phone. Anyone who uses a phone to join your meetings is a participant. You do not incur costs for participants who use a browser to join your meetings.

This page is here to help you to estimate your costs and should only be used to estimate your costs. It is possible that call rates can change before this page updates, so these rates can be different from those that CafeX uses to calculate the costs you incur. The costs that you incur are subject to additional taxes and fees and can, for example, be dependent on the origin or destination numbers that participants use.

Contact CafeX if you require specific origin-based or destination-based pricing.

If you require CafeX to port one of your PSTN audio numbers, additional costs may apply.

The following tables contains the metered PSTN audio rates for a CafeX meeting per minute, per participant. All rates are in US dollars. Your CafeX tenant may not be set up to use all of the countries in the tables.

Participants are subject to others costs that their phone provider set to make or receive calls.

The CafeX dial in rate is the cost that you incur for a participant to dial in to CafeX per minute.
