Joining a meeting using the Safari mobile browser

When you join a meeting CafeX tries to access your camera and microphone settings:

Typically, if you do not see this message it is because access to your camera or microphone are denied.

Apple iOS provides the following ways to manage these settings:

Camera settings on iOS 12

Check the following settings:

Update your Safari Settings
1.From Settings > Safariios12-iphone-x-safari-clear-history.jpg
2.Enable Camera & Microphone Access.

Camera settings on iOS 13

Check the following settings:

Update your Safari Settings
View the website settings
1.Browse to the CafeX site.image__90_.png
2.In the Safari address bar, click the AA button.
3.Click Website Settings.
4.Set the Camera and Microphone settings for app.cafex.com:
  • Ask
    or,
  • Allow

1.From  Settings > Safariimage__93_.png
2.Set the Camera and Microphone access to:
  • Ask
    or,
  • Allow

Important: After checking these settings, if you still cannot join the meeting, you can dial into the meeting using your phone.
